The Simple Pleasures
I got an order of new beads today to replenish stock. It is always fun choosing beads and then waiting for the package to arrive. This year I have a few extra steps to take. Firstly, the beads get left in their packages for a couple of days then they go in for a deep clean. I found myself going regularly for sneaky views before they got washed. Once I had laid them out to dry, I got another really good look at them. Finally, I picked them up, felt their texture and listened to the jangle in my hands as they rubbed together. So satisfying. The simple pleasures!
