If you are looking for a break away to take time to reflect why not come on a day retreat. It is a time to relax, re focus and meet like-minded people. 

The day will give you a chance to wind down. There will be a deep relaxation, visualisation and fun creative exercises that will give you time for a bit of silence and allow you to set the tone for the coming weeks.  This is suitable for people who are familiar with meditation and those who have no experience.
