This beautiful bag contains a handmade string of beads and 1, 2 and 3 minute meditation cards to help reduce stress levels and encourage mindfulness. Each bead string is made giving thought and careful consideration to the look, feel and diversity of each collection.

This product has been put together by Penny Gundry, a coach, facilitator and expert in stress reduction and mediation. She has developed these bags as part of her 123 Stillness Practice and BeadTrail® system which helps bring people into the present moment, helping relaxation and clear thinking.

Each bag contains:

  • a collated string of 14 unique beads - each hand picked and different from any other 
  • your choise of colour theme 
  • 5 meditation instruction cards
  • a handmade drawstring bag.

    Your order should arrive within a week of purchase.  If It has not arrived please contact us

    Delivery on international orders

    Delivery to anywhere outside of the UK is currently not available. 

    Returns and exchanges of products

    If you are not fully satisfied with the item/s you have purchased a full refund will be available. We cannot refund the cost of postage except in the circumstances where the product is faulty. 

    If you do wish to return or exchange an item:

    • Contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days from the day of delivery. You can contact us by phone or email
    • Return the item/s within 14 days from the day of delivery making sure the item/s are in the original packing and in an unused condition
    • Use a special delivery service with insurance if possible. You will need to pay for the postage unless it is agreed that there is a fault with the product.

    In the case that the item/s are damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt we will request you to return the item/s at your own cost and we will provide a replacement.

    Any item/s that are refused shipment or have a bad address return will incur the shipping fees. If we are given the incorrect address and do not receive the item/s back then we will not send a replacement or give a refund.
