Each bag contains a unique set of beads and stones carefully hand selected by Penny, using high quality beads and gem stones. A gemstone chart is included listing the properties of various stones. As you become familiar with using this problem solving toolkit, you will no doubt want to add your own beads and stones that are personal to you. This product gives you the opportunity to develop your own totally unique and personal problem solving toolkit.

Your order should arrive within a week of purchase. If It has not arrived please contact us
Delivery on international orders
Orders can take 5-10 working days depending on the location. Sometimes they take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks please contact us.
Returns and exchanges of products
If you are not fully satisfied with the item/s you have purchased a full refund will be available. We cannot refund the cost of postage except in the circumstances where the product is faulty.
If you do wish to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days from the day of delivery. You can contact us by phone or email
- Return the item/s within 14 days from the day of delivery making sure the item/s are in the original packing and in an unused condition
- Use a special delivery service with insurance if possible. You will need to pay for the postage unless it is agreed that there is a fault with the product.
In the case that the item/s are damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt we will request you to return the item/s at your own cost and we will provide a replacement.
Any item/s that are refused shipment or have a bad address return will incur the shipping fees. If we are given the incorrect address and do not receive the item/s back then we will not send a replacement or give a refund.
